Ton Boudewijn: his language of painting

Ton Boudewijn is an artist with a long career; classic guitar player, sculptor and painter, he invades his canvases with the motion and the strength of each one of his inspirations. His artworks, painted on big canvas, are of strong effect with his brushstrokes being blunt and the texture more defined.

Ton’s painting is abstract, expressionist, active, musical; so fluent to seem overflowing the canvas.

Masterful exhibition at Camden AG, London 2009

The Dutch artist TON BOUDEWIJN (Born in 1939, Rotterdam/The Netherlands) gives us a demonstration of his high ability and of the creativity of his works, surprising us with his own characteristic drawings and colours.
